The southernmost point of Taiwan is E-Luan-Bi. E-Luan-Bi means Cape of the Sail, possibly referring to the nearby Sail Rock.
On the headland is a lighthouse. The cape is near Kenting resort, reachable by bus from Kaohsiung.
